How It Works

 

1. Plan Your Event

Let us know all the details of your event:

  • Date & Time: When is your event?

  • Location: Where will the event be held?

  • Tattoo Preferences: Do you want custom designs, flash tattoos, or both. Discuss any themes or specific ideas with us!

 

2. Reach Out To our Office Manager Cassi

Send an email, or call Cassi with the event plan details and she will help be able to determine if is a good fit for everyone, as well coordinate which artists would be available.

 

3. Fees and Timelines

Please be aware there are state fees and inspections that have to be done well in advance so all inquiries must be done a minimum of 90 days in advance to allow enough time to plan and get the proper paperwork and inspections done. The responsibility of those fees will be discussed and decided on and a contract will be signed in the final steps of booking your event.

 

4. Event Day

On the day of the event, our professional tattoo artist will arrive at your location fully prepared. We bring all the necessary equipment for hygiene and safety. Guests can select their tattoos from pre-designed options or work with the artist for custom designs.

 

5. Aftercare

If you book a permanent tattoo artist, we will provide detailed aftercare instructions to ensure your new tattoo heals properly.

 

Available Options

  • Flash Tattoos: Choose from a collection of pre-designed artwork ready to be inked on the spot.

  • Custom Tattoos: Have a special design in mind? Our artists will collaborate with you to create custom tattoos that reflect your event’s theme or your personal style.

Do I need to have a specific number of guests for booking?
No, we can accommodate any size group, from intimate parties to large corporate events.

Are the tattoo artists licensed and insured?
Yes! All our tattoo artists are fully licensed and follow industry-standard safety and hygiene practices.

How much time do I need to allocate for tattooing at my event?
This depends on the number of guests and the complexity of the tattoos. We recommend budgeting at least 30 minutes per tattoo. We will work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
